I'm not exaggerating, but it seriously is. Every ingredient essential to make this perfect plate of wantan mee is handmade, from the noodles, to the wantan, and even the char siew.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 13px;"&gt; The quality and taste of this plate of wantan mee is guaranteed satisfactory. Food, in general, needs a sauce to accompany it with, and if the sauce isn't nice, the food wouldn't taste nice too. The sauce of this wantan mee is quite special, as it is white in colour, which is a secret recipe inherited from the founder of the business, Ah See, to his grandson who is running it at present. As for those who do not know what Nasi Lemak is, well, let me try to give you a brief intro on what it is then. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nasi Lemak, is a dish of some sort, that serves&lt;br /&gt;~ rice cooked with coconut milk to give off that nice aroma&lt;br /&gt;~ 'sambal' ( a blend of chilli's with other ingredients, depending on the chef )&lt;br /&gt;~ cucumbers&lt;br /&gt;~ 'ikan bilis' ( anchovies )&lt;br /&gt;~ Egg ( boiled or sunny side-up )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well, that is the usual Nasi Lemak we have everywhere. Besides that, there are also some who would love some extra's to go along with their Nasi Lemak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nasi Lemak is usually accompanied, with&lt;br /&gt;~ Chicken/Beef/Mutton Rendang ( Rendang is something similar to curry, but cooked with coconut milk and is usually less spicy then curry )&lt;br /&gt;~ Prawn/Squid/Cockles Sambal&lt;br /&gt;~ Fried Chicken ( Simple, yet nice )&lt;br /&gt;~ anything else which satisfies your tastebuds &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, for now, just wanna share with you, by far the best Nasi Lemak I had.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I recently went to Mid Valley Megamall, and was on the lookout for food. Besides that, my brother had Curry Noodles. It wasn't that bad, but the curry had this bright orange colour instead of the usual red. It tasted a bit too coconut-ish. The curry had too much coconut milk, but that's to me. We all have individual tastes. Wee, monsieur's and madame's, this is a blog about the utmost gratitude I have towards food, which taste good of course. I do not wish to blog about food which taste bad, but they do deserve some publisity anyways.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Personally, i'm a food lover. I love food, food loves me too. I can guess judging by my size. And no, i'm not THAT fat. So, future posts would be definitely about food, food, and more food. Owh yea, the pictures here aren't for illustrations only, they're real, unlike the one's in our regular menu's.
